Xuzhou Railway Station

 Xuzhou Railway Station has a two-storey terminal building and a large front square, which is also called Huaihai Square.

 Terminal Building:
 2F: waiting hall, ticket counters, hot drinking water, restaurants, toilets
 1F: ticket office, left luggage, waiting room for soft seat/sleeper ticket holders, convenient store, entrance/exit, KFC, China Railway Express (luggage consignment)

 Front Square:
Below the front square is an underground parking lot, where passengers can find the taxi stands. To the southwest of the square, is Xuzhou Long Distance Bus Station, operating buses to/from Wuxi, Changzhou, Yangzhou, Lianyungang, Nantong, Yancheng, Huaian and other cities in Jiangsu Province as well as those to/from Nanjing, Hefei, Jinan, Zhengzhou and some major cities outside the province. Around the square, passengers can also find some hotels and restaurants.
  
 Arrival by metro: Metro line 1 can arrive at the train station directly which operates from 06:00 to 22:00.

 Arrival by bus: 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 13, 16, 19, 20, 26, 29, 30, 48 inner line, 48 outer line, 50, 51, 68, 71, 75, 80, 83, 88, 89, 92, 102, 103, 106, 108, 199, 601 inner line, 601 outer line, 602…

Passengers who take buses will arrive at the front square or surrounding areas. Those with tickets can walk through the square to enter the station directly. Those without tickets should buy tickets at the ticket office on the right side of the entrance first. Entering the station and going through the security check, passengers will see a large LED screen. Please read the ticket and LED screen carefully to find the correct waiting room. Then follow the direction boards to reach the waiting room and wait for departure.

 Arrival by taxi:
Passengers will be dropped off around the front square or at the taxi stand in the underground parking lot.

Soft Sleeper Cabin

When you see the flows of passengers are walking to the boarding gate, it’s time for the ticket check. For those holding a blue ticket, you can have the ticket checked by the automatic machine; for those with a pink ticket, you need to have the ticket checked by the staff manually. After, follow the direction boards or passenger flow to reach the platform. Mind the gap between the carriage and the platform while boarding.
 Arriving at the station, passengers will be led to exit via the exit passage. Then they can follow the direction boards to find bus or taxi to leave the station.

 Leave by metro:
After leaving the station platform, follow the signs to the metro station.

 Leave by bus:
Bus stops are located around the front square. Passengers need to walk several minutes to find the bus stops and then take buses to their destinations.

 Leave by taxi:
Passengers need to find the entrance to the underground parking lot on the front square. Then they can use the elevator to get down to the pick-up area of the taxi stand.

 Transportation to famous sites:
Museum of Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses of Han Dynasty:
Take bus no. 71 or 92 and get off at Chuwangling Station. Then walk around 550 yards (500 meters) toward north to get there.

 Guishan Han Tomb:
Take bus no. 13, and get off at Xiyuan Xiaoqu Station. Then change bus no. 37 to get off at Guishan Han Tomb Station.
Xuzhou Han City:

 Quanshan National Forest Park:
Take bus no. 20, and get off at Fenghuayuan Station. Then change to bus no. 53 and get off at East Gate of Forest Park Station.

 Yunlong Mountain:
Take bus no. 75, and get off at South Gate of Yunlong Mountain Station.

 East Railway Station:
Take bus no. 3, 10, 26 or 80, and get off at East Railway Station.

 Guanyin International Airport:
There is no airport shuttle bus from the railway station. Passengers can take a taxi to Zhonghui International Convention Center. It costs around CNY 12 and takes 20 minutes. Upon arrival, they can take airport shuttle bus to the airport. Bus fare is CNY 20 per person.
  Ticket Office:
Ticket office is located to the right side of the station entrance. Passengers can purchase, change or refund their tickets there.

 Waiting Hall:
There are nine waiting rooms in the station. The first one for soft seat/sleeper ticket holders is located on the first floor, and the other eight are on the second floor. Passengers should find the correct waiting room according to their tickets.

 Left Luggage:
Two left luggage offices are provided. One is to the left side of the ticket office and the other is to the right side of the exit. It usually costs CNY 5 to 10 per day according to the weight and size of your luggage.

 Wifi:
Free wifi is accessible at the ticket office and all waiting rooms in the station.
